My Story
I started in Malaysian real estate in 2020, and for more than 5 years I've focused on one thing: new launch property. Not sub-sale, not rentals — new launches, from the moment a project is announced to the day you collect your keys.
That focus matters. New launches move fast, and the details that decide whether a project is a good buy — the developer's track record, the real price per square foot, the maintenance fee, the layout that actually suits your family — are rarely on the brochure. Knowing them is my job.
I cover the whole of Malaysia, from condominiums in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to landed homes in Johor and Penang. I speak English and Mandarin, so you can ask me anything in whichever you are most comfortable with.
